Calm Your Overwhelm Series

Calming your fear and overwhelm may have become part of your daily routine over the last year. It certainly has been a trying time and we all need ways to navigate this.

Winter is typically the season that calls us to cozy in and tend to our deeper nourishment, our dreams & desires, our fears ... the deep waters within. Many women I know dislike the winter and long for the summer sun and fun, which has made our ‘year of winter’ especially trying.

So, I wrote this class to share self-nourishment in ways that may be new, or may deepen your understanding of what you already do or as a daily reminder to do it.

You will receive a daily email, Monday thru Friday, that takes about 2-3 minutes to read and generally 10-15 minutes to do - although that can range from 2 min - 60 min if you love it or not. I will say Day 1 is the longest activity, maybe 60 min, but you can work on it throughout the week (yes, it’s a creative exploration).

I had it as an online class last year but took it down in December. This will start this coming Monday, March 1st, and run for 4 weeks. I am offering this in a donation format, as I know some are extremely financially challenged at this time.

I will be sending them out Monday mornings around 8am pacific time. If power goes out, they will be late (I don't expect that to happen, of course).  :)  I'm not planning on automating them, but sending them manually with a big hug, each day.
