About Suzanne…

I believe we play a fundamental role in creating our lives. It's time to step up and take full responsibility for ourselves—our thoughts, words, actions, health, and wellness—everything. The biggest block we face is fear. Be willing to walk through that, and the world is yours.

Life is a glorious adventure, and you are in charge of the trip. Is it always fun and easy? No. But that's when we need to be fully present—to stomp our feet, feel the emotions of being fully alive, and then sink more deeply past the thoughts and emotions to the deeper truth of who we are.

We are powerful, incredible beings, each one of us. Stand in your courage, your beauty, your strength, and be who you truly are.

Standing with you in Radiance & Joy,
Suzanne

My Approach & Intention

My hope is that you learn to live within a healthy flow of energy, aligned with the truth of who you are, in service to what matters most. The more present you are, the more freedom you have to express yourself.

Holistic & Intentional Living. Energy Awareness & Management. Creative Expression. These are the cornerstones of my work.

I envision a world where possibility is a given — where deeper levels of connection, care, creativity, and well-being are simply how we live. It is time to remember, and to create anew.

My Method

I combine energy work, coaching, and creativity — drawing on brain science, spirituality, quantum physics, and creative practice — to help people connect, align, and integrate from the inside out.

Outdated patterns and energy entanglements begin to release, and life flows more easily. The focus is growth and empowerment, not fixing — though healing tends to follow naturally.

My Journey

My passion for personal development and empowerment has fueled my work for over three decades. My own challenges have taught me so very much on all levels—we are incredible beings and have the ability to live our lives full of those things that matter most.

My first professional licensing in bodywork was in Massage Therapy (1994). As I moved more into gentle, effective, empowering types of work, I found myself seeing more permanent results with the addition of energy therapies. I began teaching energy work in 2000.
