Empowering Holistic Wellness

For too long we have given our power away to those we see as authority figures, be it a practitioner, teacher, cultural structure … but it is time for that to change. As we reclaim our own authority and tend to ourselves in a heart centered, respectful manner our lives, and hence the world, will evolve in a healthier, more holistic way.

While I was brought up to please others and be agreeable, my mom lived a life of her choosing to a large degree buy having a career at a time when women didn’t work and not only that but selling the very first solar home in the city. Innovation and leadership. So I had the seeds of her example planted within me which were clearly at odds with the societal norms of the time.

These current times are inviting (or challenging or forcing or nudging – you choose your word) us to step up to the more that we are. To step into our own innovation and leadership. To own more of our wholeness and to deepen our relationship with Self so we can lead a more satisfying and fulfilling life and contribute from a place of fullness. This means stepping out of what has been the norm and creating anew.

Tending to your whole being – your body, mind, emotions, energy, deeper connectedness – is needed to build the resilience required to navigate in a clear and mindful way.

If you don’t know how or where to start, perhaps these reminders will be useful -

  • Enjoy every day of your life, and have fun doing whatever you do

  • Feel, experience, and honor your feelings

  • Tell the truth, your truth, to the best of your ability

  • Focus on solutions rather than on problems

  • Believe in yourself, believe in others, and believe in the impossible

  • Be committed to moving forward in your life, and reaching out for help when you feel stuck

  • Love yourself unconditionally, all the parts of you, and treasure who you are

  • Look within for your messages, guidance, and direction

  • Pursue your dreams, your inspiration, and your messages

  • Be responsible for your actions, and take charge of situations that you are able to resolve positively

This is a journey we are all on and I am honored to share it with you. Your presence and participation are needed to bring deeper levels of care, connection, creativity and well being into the lives of all. Thank you for all that you are and all that you do.
